Purline forming machine mainly consists of uncoiler, coil sheet guiding device, flattening device, roll forming system, punching equipment, cutting equipment, hydraulic station, PLC controlling system and support table.

1. Suitable Material: Cold-rolled steel strip and heat-treated galvanized steel strip;
2. Thickness of raw material: 1.5-3.0mm
3. Material of roller: Cr12 mould steel being quenched treatment, with digital-controlled procession, which ensures the rollers' hardness to be HR60 and durable.
4. Cutter blade Cr12 mould steel with quenched treatment
5. Forming speed: About 10-12m/min
6. Power Requirement Main motor power: 15 Kw(Depend on final design)
Hydraulic station power: 5.5Kw (Depend on final design)
